All prices include VAT. 12% VAT on food and dietary supplements, 6% VAT for books and 25% for other goods. VAT is included only for orders within the EU. If the VAT change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. Prices can vary from day to day and the price quoted on the website may vary with what is billed. When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To act against the bill, you must enter your social security number or company registration number. Condition to act against the bill include that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and is over 18 years. You may not have any credit history. For the return to be approved, the returned item(s) have to be substantially unaltered. The item should be packaged well, along with all possible accessories. You can not return opened nutrition products. Also note that liquid chalk is considered as used when bottle is opened. Damage in transit due to inadequate packaging will be charged to your account. Put no address labels directly on their packaging without protecting the original packaging. You must pay for return postage unless the return is about a broken product(s) then we will repay the cost (note that you have to include the receipt in the package for a full refund). Returns cannot be made as cash on delivery.

To make a purchase as smoothly and as quickly as possible, we offer all customers a fixed delivery charge of 49 SEK / 7 USD / 6 euro on all our products, no minimum order quantity required. All orders are sent via Parcel / PostNord.

Once an order confirmation has been received, the customer has 12 hours to contact to request a change of address. After this period we have in most cases unfortunately already sent your order to the first-mentioned address.


All products sold in our shop have one year warranty from date of purchase under the following conditions. Our international warranty covers any manufacturing and/or material. We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of shipment. This warranty does not apply to errors that occur at or after the change in functionality and/or appearance. Nor does it apply external damage to the product.
